imm\u00e9diate<\/strong>\u00a0qui n\u2019entra\u00eene pas de perte de droits. Elle est prononc\u00e9e par le juge souvent saisi d\u2019une mesure de curatelle ou tutelle. Son objectif est de prot\u00e9ger les personnes de fa\u00e7on urgente en ouvrant une action possible en rescision ou r\u00e9duction. Sa dur\u00e9e ne peut exc\u00e9der un an renouvelable une fois.<br \/>\nUn mandataire peut \u00eatre nomm\u00e9\u00a0: il devra alors effectuer les actes d\u00e9finis au mandat. Ces actes sont d\u2019administration, de conservation voire de disposition si pr\u00e9vu par le juge. La dur\u00e9e de la mesure ne peut exc\u00e9der cinq ans avec possibilit\u00e9 de renouvellements. Deux sortes de curatelle\u00a0: simple ou renforc\u00e9e. La personne sous curatelle ne perd pas ses droits. Par contre, certains actes (qui n\u00e9cessiteraient l\u2019accord du juge en cas de tutelle), ne peuvent s\u2019effectuer qu\u2019avec la signature du curateur. La personne sous curatelle ne peut faire emploi seule de ses capitaux plac\u00e9s. L\u2019assistance du curateur est \u00e9galement requise pour introduire une action en justice, acheter ou vendre un bien immobilier. Inversement, le curateur ne peut agir seul.<br \/>\nLe juge garde la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9num\u00e9rer certains actes que la personne sous curatelle pourra faire seule.<br \/>\nEn r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l\u2019article 472, le juge peut prononcer l\u2019ouverture d\u2019une curatelle renforc\u00e9e. C\u2019est dans ce cas, au curateur de percevoir seul les ressources, r\u00e9gler les d\u00e9penses. Cette mesure est \u00e9galement prononc\u00e9e par le juge pour une dur\u00e9e maximum de cinq ans avec possibilit\u00e9s de renouvellements.\u00a0. Il y a parfois perte du droit de vote.<br \/>\nLe tuteur se doit d\u2019apporter des \u00ab\u00a0soins prudents, diligents et avis\u00e9s, dans le seul int\u00e9r\u00eat de la personne prot\u00e9g\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb selon la loi du 5 mars 2007.<br \/>\nLe tuteur fait l\u2019inventaire des biens de la personne prot\u00e9g\u00e9e.
